Our shoes are luxuriously crafted from just a single layer of the thick, high-quality genuine leather used for bags and the like. Unlike typical shoes, we don't bond 2 layers of leather together, and by also omitting the lining and stiff reinforcements, we achieve remarkable lightness and suppleness. They feel soft and comfortable from the very first day, and the more you wear them, the deeper the warmth of the leather itself and the charm of its aging become.

In Asakusa, where the culture and craft of shoemaking live on, makers of leather and shoe materials and shoe factories are clustered close together. Taking advantage of these local connections, we handle everything from sourcing materials to manufacturing within a 10km radius. Because each pair is made only after an order is received, we never carry excess inventory. Making only what is needed also helps reduce our impact on the environment.
