Commitment to Our Products
Parley Co., Ltd., whose workshop is located in Higashimurayama, Tokyo, has crafted leather wallets, bags, and small accessories one by one since its founding in 1985, valuing carefully selected leather and the reliable handwork of its artisans. Skilled Japanese leather artisans spare no effort in working with carefully chosen leather. Choosing care over efficiency and staying committed to durable goods that last for years, the company's approach has remained unchanged since its founding. We hope you will slowly savor, in your daily life, the rich time that fine leather brings.

Shibori-Dyed Leather: No Two Patterns Alike
Commitment 1
This special material applies a traditional Japanese technique used on fabric to natural leather. Because leather absorbs dye differently and has a different surface texture than cloth, distinctive bleeding and shading emerge easily; the patterns and colors that arise by chance differ from hide to hide, so no two are ever the same.

Luster and Elegance That Deepen with Every Polish
Commitment 2
For products made with Classic Leather, a glazed-finish leather, artisans hand-polish each piece of fine-grained, soft leather one at a time, drawing out a translucent, enamel-like shine and deep gradations of color. Another hallmark is that the inside is also carefully polished and the pieces are finished in easy-to-use basic designs. Compact enough to carry with ease, they add refined luster and elegance to everyday life. Layer upon layer of careful handwork is what sustains this deep shine.

Unwavering Reliability, Backed by Artisan Handwork
Commitment 3
Skilled leather artisans in Japan handle everything from planning to production, finishing each piece by hand. Rather than prioritizing efficiency alone, our commitment to careful, durable craftsmanship has been passed down unchanged since the company's founding. The leather we use is carefully selected only from byproducts of animals raised for food, with consideration for both the environment and people. We believe that good craftsmanship requires an environment where makers themselves can feel pride and happiness in their work, which is why we also place great importance on caring for our employees.
